The Top 9 Superfoods
Dr. Frank Lipman call himself the voice of sustainable wellness. Which, in my eyes, is a great name for him. He believes in treating the person as a whole- mind, body & spirit. In turn this will help people to achieve and maintain sustainable wellness. In order for people to do this, they have to be proactive- eat right, exercise and keep a balanced state of mind.
All in all, Dr. Lipman believes the body can heal itself if you treat it right. With all our New Year's resolutions out there, why not incorporate more of "9 Superfoods" and love the food you eat, while you are eating it. Keep a balanced state of mind between you and your food. Your body, mind, spirit and general health will improve.
